EDIT - This is in no way to be taken as a "OMG WE KANZ DU BEETER" post, so do not turn it into one. It is more of an illustration of "personal responsibility". Meaning - doing what you are supposed to and filling your role properly is WAY more productive than second guessing other people's decisions and finding excuses...

10 man != 25 man

We are correctly progressing in 10 man hard mode wise with the correct group makeups.

I think this was meant to be seen by the newer members of the guild that have come in as dps and are not pulling very high numbers in our 25s. It is something that those people probably won't see because they don't read the forums. It just goes to show you that if you concentrate and play to the best your character can offer that you don't need gear to progress.

I found it a good read if you know what to take away from it.

In all honesty though, we made it to mimiron in the first week. We just havent had much serious focus on 10 mans in general.

I was kinda jokin about it honestly.

On my druid I have got to yogg with my old guild on my druid in 10 man healing. Our dps was pure fail though staying out of the clouds while fighting sara so we got swarmed with adds 2 mins into the fight. Only once did we make it to phase 3 and we got him to 20% and the raid leader got so pissed he decided we were goin to start doin 25 man when we only had 18 raiders. Needless to say we were farmin fl, razor and, xt for a couple weeks w/18-19 people until I left. Then they went back to running Naxx.

10 man is so much easier imho. My dps is not much lower in 10 man than 25man and I cant seem to figure out why that is. I know my laptop is a pos and it's not helping matters any when I'm getting 2-3 fps. When I find work again a decent desktop is my first priority. Ohh, and a new isp.

Gimmie a few mins and I'll think up some more excuses...

I know, didn't mean anything by it, I was sure you wasn't serious anyway.

But whatever, some group of people managed to down 10 man yogg with blues. /shrug, woopdeefuckingdoo for them.

Bill, the reason your DPS is almost the same in 10 and 25 mans with this guild is because of the way we build our 10 mans. People think we are being elitist, cliquey, or exclusive...but the truth is we build the team to have all the same buffs you would have in a 25 man...so you don't lose any buffs from 10 to 25 mans. That is partially the reason we can stomp through most of the hardmodes!
